Learners will be able to identify the materials, tools and equipment to experiment color and understand the effect of color matching to achieve the desired results. Learners will be able to review and reflect the use of color in accordance with safety guidelines and procedures.

✔️ Course completion requirements: Fulfill at least 75% attendance and pass assessments ✔️ Aged 21 years and above. ✔️ Education level of at least Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 or its equivalent. ✔️ SOQ shall counsel and advise applicants without meeting the education, literacy and numeracy requirement that they may not be able to comprehend the content, keep up pace of training and/or cope with assessment conducted. Where necessary, unsuitable applicants will be discouraged from enrolling in the programme.
Color Concept Application In Korean Style Make Up 1. Colour Theory & Colour Relationships Learners will understand the fundamentals of colour theory, colour attributes, and colour relationships, and how colour matching can affect the overall makeup look. 2. Colour Interpretation & Makeup Advisory Learners will learn how to interpret colours based on individual needs and apply colour concepts to advise on suitable and compatible makeup choices. 3. Safe Use of Materials, Tools & Colour Communication Learners will identify suitable materials, tools, and equipment for colour application while practising safe usage and clear communication of colour choices. 4. Creative Colour Application for Themes and Occasions Learners will develop colour selection and application skills to create harmonious or creative makeup effects based on specific themes, occasions, or desired looks. Color Concept Application in Personal Grooming 1. Colour Theory & Colour Relationships This section covers the fundamentals of colour theory, colour attributes, and colour relationships, helping participants understand how colour combinations affect personal grooming, styling, and visual presentation. 2. Individual Colour Interpretation Participants explore how different colours can be interpreted based on individual features, personal style, and grooming needs, allowing them to make more suitable colour choices. 3. Colour Matching & Compatibility Advisory This topic focuses on applying colour concepts to assess colour compatibility and provide appropriate advice for balanced, harmonious, and suitable results. 4. Tools, Materials & Safe Application Guidelines The course introduces the materials, tools, and equipment used in colour-related applications, together with safe and hygienic practices when handling products and advising clients. 5. Practical Colour Demonstration & Application Through selected practical areas such as semi-permanent makeup, chakra colour therapy, or colour design, participants observe how colour theory can be applied in real grooming and beauty-related contexts. Color Matching in Daily Makeup (Natural K-Style) Learners will explore the art of creating a soft, natural Korean-inspired makeup look through effective color matching techniques. The session focuses on identifying skin undertones, choosing harmonious base and eye-lip-cheek colors, and achieving a balanced, youthful appearance that enhances natural beauty. Participants will practice using subtle gradients, lightweight textures, and tone-on-tone shades to recreate the signature “K-Beauty glow.” This hands-on activity helps learners understand how to blend color theory with current beauty trends, ensuring a polished, professional, and effortlessly natural result suitable for everyday wear. Color Analysis in Personal Grooming (Image) Learners will explore how color influences personal image, grooming, and confidence. The session focuses on identifying individual skin undertones, understanding seasonal color types, and applying suitable color combinations for clothing, accessories, and makeup. Through guided demonstrations and role-play consultations, learners will practise giving personalized color advice that enhances appearance and professionalism. This hands-on activity helps participants connect color theory to real-world personal styling, empowering them to present a polished and confident image in any setting.
