PEI Profile — SWDA Disclosure Requirements
The Private Education Act was legislated in December 2009 to strengthen the registration framework and enforcement provisions for Private Education Institutions (PEIs). Since October 2016, Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) has overseen the private education sector under the Private Education Act 2009. Under the Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF), all PEIs must be registered with SWDA before commencing operations.
SOQ International Academy is a registered PEI offering SWDA-permitted programmes, including WSQ-accredited courses, Diploma programmes, and professional certification courses designed to meet industry needs.
