The Postnatal Care and Recovery for Mothers course offers a comprehensive understanding of postnatal health, combining theory with practical guidance to ensure effective, empathetic care. Learners will discover how to support mothers through nutrition, rest, hygiene, and emotional wellness — all crucial aspects of recovery after childbirth. This course not only enhances caregiving quality but also builds confidence and professionalism for those working in home, wellness, or confinement settings. By completing this program, participants gain the ability to provide safe, holistic, and emotionally supportive postnatal care that helps mothers regain strength, balance, and peace of mind.
✔️ At least 16 years old ✔️ Academic Requirement: At least a Grade C6 (Min 50 Percent) at O-Level in any 3 subjects or matured candidate who is 30 years old with at least 8 years of relevant working experience. ✔️ Language Requirement: At least a Grade 5 (Min 50 Percent) at N-Level English or IELTS 4.5 Additional Notes ✔️ This is a hands-on workshop, and participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon finishing the course. ✔️ All training materials are included. ✔️ Each session runs approximately 3–4 hours, depending on the schedule and class progress. ✔️ Examination dates (if applicable) will be announced during the course. ✔️ Learners have up to 12 months from the course start date to complete their training. ✔️ Course Fees are non-refundable, unless the academy cancels the class without an alternate commencement date. ✔️ A minimum of 4 participants is required for class commencement. In the event of low enrolment, SOQ International Academy will notify students at least 7 days in advance and offer an alternative start date.
