The Postnatal Nutrition for Mothers course bridges the gap between traditional care and modern nutrition — providing learners with both scientific understanding and practical meal-planning skills. You’ll learn to create recovery-focused menus that enhance energy, support lactation, and promote long-term vitality. This course combines traditional confinement wisdom with modern nutritional science, teaching learners how to prepare safe, balanced, and nourishing meals for mothers during their postnatal period. Participants will also learn to identify nutrient deficiencies, debunk common dietary myths, and provide practical dietary guidance tailored to individual needs. Whether you’re a caregiver, wellness practitioner, or new mother, this course equips you with the knowledge and confidence to support a holistic and healthy recovery journey.
✔️ At least 16 years old ✔️ Academic Requirement: At least a Grade C6 (Min 50 Percent) at O-Level in any 3 subjects or matured candidate who is 30 years old with at least 8 years of relevant working experience. ✔️ Language Requirement: At least a Grade 5 (Min 50 Percent) at N-Level English or IELTS 4.5 Additional Notes ✔️ This is a hands-on workshop, and participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon finishing the course. ✔️ All training materials are included. ✔️ Each session runs approximately 3–4 hours, depending on the schedule and class progress. ✔️ Examination dates (if applicable) will be announced during the course. ✔️ Learners have up to 12 months from the course start date to complete their training. ✔️ Course Fees are non-refundable, unless the academy cancels the class without an alternate commencement date. ✔️ A minimum of 4 participants is required for class commencement. In the event of low enrolment, SOQ International Academy will notify students at least 7 days in advance and offer an alternative start date.
