The program blends theory, anatomy, and extensive hands-on training, ensuring learners graduate with confidence, technical precision, and the ability to meet licensing standards under Singapore’s Massage Establishment regulatory framework.
✔️ At least 16 years old ✔️ Academic Requirement: At least a Grade C6 (Min 50 Percent) at O-Level in any 3 subjects or matured candidate who is 30 years old with at least 8 years of relevant working experience. ✔️ Language Requirement: At least a pass in GCE O-Level Mandarin or equivalent Additional Notes ✔️ Dates of the examination to be announced during course. ✔️ All amount stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). ✔️ The maximum allowed period for a student to complete the course is 18 months from first date of course ✔️ We do not issue Student Passes. “International Student” refers to individuals holding a valid Work Pass or any other long-term permit that allows them to reside legally in Singapore throughout the duration of their studies. ✔️ Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least eight (8) years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness OR case-by-case basis through an interview, taking into account factors such as relevance of experience, learning readiness, career planning, and other relevant considerations. Learners will master holistic massage techniques, including the ability to select suitable massage mediums based on different skin types, apply the five classical massage movements, and adapt treatments according to each client’s unique needs. They will also develop strong business awareness — understanding client needs, identifying contraindications, conducting professional consultations, and offering pre- and post-treatment advice to ensure optimal care. The course further emphasizes health, safety, and hygiene practices, alongside a detailed study of anatomy and physiology, focusing on the body’s systems, common diseases, and disorders. Learners will explore the principles and practice of complementary therapies, as well as professional conduct and business awareness within the wellness industry. Additionally, they will cultivate essential soft skills such as effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving — all crucial for success in a client-focused environment. Throughout the course, learners will be introduced to and practice over 10 different massage techniques, including Effleurage, Petrissage, Frictions, Percussion, Tapotement, Vibrations, Passive movements, and more — equipping them with the versatility and confidence to perform high-quality holistic massage treatments. Through hands-on practice, learners will master over 10 massage techniques, including Effleurage, Petrissage, Frictions, Percussion, Tapotement, Vibrations, and Passive movements, learning to adapt each treatment to individual client requirements and skin conditions. These competencies enable graduates to manage client relationships, uphold professionalism, and pursue entrepreneurial opportunities in the massage and wellness sector.
