Siti Hawa A Hamid is a qualified adult educator, trainer, and courseware developer with extensive experience in adult learning, digital marketing, business management, workplace safety, leadership, customer service, and professional skills development. She has been involved in physical and online training since 2011 and is experienced in adapting her facilitation approach to accommodate different learner profiles and learning styles. As a trainer and courseware developer, Siti Hawa has delivered programmes across Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Management, Leadership, Customer Relations, Problem-Solving, Workplace Safety & Health, and Microsoft Office applications. More recently, her training portfolio has expanded into Digital Transformation with AI Tools, AI-Powered Digital Marketing Strategies, Email and Video Marketing, Cybersecurity, and Google Analytics 4.
