Singapore & regulatory modules (10)
Singapore-specific modules for grants, identity, finance, admissions, CRM and communications. Most modules are now implemented but stay optional: each one needs its seed command, permissions, configuration settings and, for external providers, real credentials before go-live.

Pack overview
- TPGateway Integration — Connect courses and enrolments to Singapore TPGateway for PEI / training-provider reporting.
- Government Grants Verification — Check grant eligibility with government APIs before enrolment or fee changes.
- SkillsFuture Credit — Record SkillsFuture Credit on a course fee and show the remaining amount to pay.
- Singpass & Corppass Login — Let individuals and organisations sign in with Singpass or Corppass.
- Diploma Admissions — Run diploma applications from screening to offer to student acceptance, then enrolment.
- Module Exemption & Fee Waiver — Apply credit-transfer / exemption rules and automatic fee reductions.
- Xero Finance Sync — Send TMS sales and contacts to Xero for SGD bookkeeping.
- WhatsApp Class Reminders — Send simple WhatsApp templates for class starts, payment due, and admissions deadlines.
- Quicksales — WhatsApp AI sales and CRM via Quicksales.ai — lead follow-up, broadcasts, and handoff into TMS.
These modules use package keys (soq-sg-*) and module-specific settings, not the standard Platform Feature Pack toggles. "Built" means the code is present and covered by feature tests; external-service modules still need UAT with real credentials before production go-live.

Go-live notes
- Seed the module permissions and settings before assigning staff roles.
- External-service modules need real credentials, UAT and production scheduler cron before go-live.
- Xero needs accountant-approved revenue, tax and payment mappings before enabling sync.
- The public module pitch can remain coming soon until each module runs live with real credentials.
