SOQ International Academy

Homepage

Anonymous visitors land on the public homepage to discover SOQ International Academy courses, campaigns, and entry points into catalog and registration flows. On the AI Academy beauty pitch deploy, the home experience also uses SOQ lean folds and business-profile verticals — not Landing Builder alone.

Permissions, settings and activation

  • Update classic theme hero/CTA copy through Landing Builder when that theme path is active — do not hardcode marketing copy in Source blades for theme landings.
  • For the beauty pitch home, prefer config-driven folds (soq_home.php / business_profiles.php) over inventing new Landing Builder blocks.
  • Theme Builder / Landing Builder is a separate activation from the Platform Feature Pack (59 modules).
  • Empty sections usually mean a disabled landing component or missing published courses, not a broken theme.
  • Keep branding as SOQ International Academy with https://soq.edu.sg in footer and about copy.

Core workflows

Edit homepage copy in Admin
  1. Sign in at the configured Admin URL.
  2. Open Appearance ? Themes, confirm the enabled theme's Home Landing.
  3. Open Appearance ? Landing Builder ? that landing ? edit the Two-Column Hero (or other) component.
  4. Save, clear caches if needed, then verify the public root URL.
Guide a visitor to enrollment
  1. From the homepage, open a featured or searched course.
  2. Confirm the course page shows accurate price, instructor, and enrollment options.
  3. Use Login or Register only when the visitor is ready to purchase or enroll.
  4. After enrollment, verify the learner reaches Panel ? My Courses.

Result states

  • Success: Homepage sections show intended Landing Builder content and CTAs reach working catalog or auth pages.
  • Pending: Landing component draft not saved, or Theme Builder activation Not Submitted blocks Landing Builder list.
  • Denied: A component is disabled, or staff lack Appearance permissions.
  • Error: Theme, cache, or broken links produce blank or outdated sections; re-save the landing component and clear caches.
