Appearance and settings tools control footer columns, copyright, and related header/footer links that appear on public SOQ International Academy pages.

Permissions, settings and activation

User-facing copyright and support links must reference SOQ International Academy and https://soq.edu.sg only.
Remove leftover vendor wording if a package update reintroduces it.
Keep column links pointing at published custom pages and real destinations.
Review mobile footer layout after content changes.

Core workflows

Update footer branding

Open footer settings at the configured Admin URL.
Set copyright and about text to SOQ International Academy.
Point support or site links to https://soq.edu.sg where appropriate.
Save and verify the public site footer on desktop and mobile.

Maintain footer navigation

List each footer link and confirm the destination page is published.
Update or remove broken links.
Align header/navbar labels with footer labels where they share destinations.
Recheck after theme or landing-builder changes.

Result states

Success: Public pages show the updated SOQ footer content and working links.
Pending: Linked custom pages are still in draft.
Denied: Staff lack appearance/settings permissions.
Error: Cache or theme overrides hide changes; clear caches and re-verify the live footer.
